Arthur H. Bosworth II

Art Bosworth is a fourth-generation Coloradan whose family pioneered businesses in law, real estate, and investment banking. He received his BS, BA, and JD degrees from the University of Denver.  After admission to the Bar, he served as Chief Deputy District Attorney in Denver and First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado.

He has spent most of his career as a senior partner at the law firm Dill, Dill, Carr, Stonbraker & Hutchings, P.C. with specialties in complex business litigation and personal injury. Mr. Bosworth has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer, as one of America’s Top 100 Attorneys, and as an A.V.-rated preeminent lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.  He is currently Of Counsel with the firm.

Mr. Bosworth has served on the Buell Board of Trustees since 1995.  He is also a Trustee of the National Western Stock Show Association, Director of the Denver Justice Council, and former chair of the Colorado State Fair Authority. He is Past President of the Denver Country Club, the Metro Denver Executive Club, and the 100 Club of Denver. He is also a past board member of the 4-Mile House and Historic Denver.
