
Noelle Hagan, Secretary
Noelle Hagan spent 30 years living and working on the Western Slope of Colorado in Montrose and Gunnison, before retiring to Fort Collins. She received her BA from Regis College in Denver.
Ms. Hagan has served as an organizational capacity consultant and conducted numerous strategic planning processes and board development activities for organizations focused on public health, human services, transportation, and the arts.  She was elected to the Montrose City Council, serving from 2000 to 2008, including two terms as Mayor. In 1998 Ms. Hagan co-founded Passage Charter School, a small Montrose high school focused on the needs of pregnant and parenting teens and their children.
In addition to her position as a Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation trustee since 2011, Ms. Hagan also serves as a board member for The Matthews House, a Fort Collins nonprofit that serves youth and families. Her past public service also includes terms on the 7th Judicial District Juvenile Planning Board, Montrose Regional Library District Board, Montrose County Housing Authority, the Colorado Municipal League Executive Board, and the Board of Trustees of Western State Colorado University.
