The Buell Foundation has signed a new lease that will take effect in fall 2025. Located in Glendale across from Infinity Park, the new building, Cherry Tower, is a few blocks north of the Foundation’s current office.
Erica Fukuhara, VP of operations, shared, “The Buell Foundation looks forward to moving to Cherry Tower this fall. We appreciate the expertise, collaborative approach, and professionalism of Bart and Tanner from Benchmark Commercial Real Estate in finding this space for our team. The central location of Cherry Tower combined with on-site and surrounding amenities provides an ideal environment for our staff to advance the Foundation’s mission.”
