We are excited to announce that applications are now open for Cohort 16 of our legacy leadership program, the Buell Early Childhood Leadership Program (BECLP).
As with the current cohort that’s underway, access to the program and the curriculum has been broadened to include and encourage individuals from community organizations, government entities, businesses, as well as professionals from the early childhood ecosystem. The nine-month program that begins in spring 2027 brings together people from across Colorado who want to strengthen how they lead, collaborate, and influence systems affecting young children and families. There’s no requirement to be an early childhood expert to apply; the program seeks to attract a cross-section of fellows that represents the various and diverse communities in Colorado’s early childhood system.
