Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance Strategic Plan

The Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance (ECCLA) is a statewide hub supporting Colorado’s 35 early childhood councils. ECCLA’s Strategic Plan maps out the organization’s priorities and efforts to uplift early childhood councils through technical resources, advocacy, and funding.

The plan presents six priorities for ECCLA: membership resources, advocacy and policy, strategic direct services, high quality data, resource development, and operational excellence. For each priority area, ECCLA identifies desired outcomes, criteria for strategies related to the priority, and projects or services needed to achieve these outcomes.
