Pathways to Success: Colorado’s Comprehensive Early Childhood Workforce Plan includes context setting with important information about history and successes to date and discusses related plans, frameworks, and initiatives at the state level.
The report breaks down data, discusses challenges, and charts a path forward in each of four anchor themes: compensation and finance; recruitment and career pathways; retention and wellness; system learning; and leadership and support. Importantly, this plan includes pull-outs for sector-specific roles within the workforce where advocates and systems leaders can find context, data, and links to reports and resources.
