Investing In the Early Childhood Workforce

Since June 2022, the Buell Foundation has identified a need and strategy to support the early childhood workforce through dedicated funding.Guiding this work is our commitment establishing a strong presence in multiple and unique areas of the state, regardless of ideological differences. Key factors among this strategy include:

1. Leveraging what already exists
2. Replicating and expanding exemplary models
3. Supporting the infusion of new revenue sources
