Norah Lovato is the Office Manager at the Buell Foundation. In this role, Norah works closely with staff to manage business operations and executive and administrative support. Norah comes to the Buell Foundation from the City of Denver’s Office of Financial Empowerment and Protection, where she helped launch a new city office.

Norah has extensive non-profit experience at the national and local level with expertise in nonprofit management, operations and program development. Since moving to Denver, Norah managed operations and workforce development programs for Mi Casa Resource Center and the Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE). In addition, Norah worked in the United Way system at the national and local level for five-years and has a back ground in philanthropy.

Norah possesses a Master’s Degree in Social Work Administration, Planning and Policy Practice from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from George Mason University.
