Deadlines are in mid-January and the first business day of May and September. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on these deadlines.

Please note:
- All applications for capital projects must be submitted in our September cycle.
- Applications for school-year-only programs will not be accepted for the May deadline. At a site visit, we want to see the program in action and be able to talk to all of the appropriate people. Generally, seeing an abbreviated program is not acceptable. If the primary program for which you are requesting funding operates only between August and June, please plan to apply at the September or January deadline.
- Final grant decisions are made and monies are released approximately four months after each deadline. We are unable to respond to emergency funding needs.
