The Buell Early Childhood Leadership Program is a hybrid model, cohort-structured, and includes 18 graduate-level credit hours. The integrated courses focus on seven types of leadership essential for the preparation of professionals in the early care and education sector. Participation provides Buell Fellows with opportunities to move onto masters and doctoral programs in several different disciplines.
